Content and Events to
Inspire Action and
Build Capacity for a sustainable and regenerative future.
Ethos & Purpose
We communicate impact and amplify the work of civil society organisations, businesses, and governmental departments that are working humanitarian and ecological goals.
We have hand-picked all candidates based on their volunteer work, or if they have an outstanding career track record.
We are all volunteers on our weekends. This intrinsic motivation to make changes with no external intervention would put a candidate ahead of the rest.
We create content and events for, and with, organisations and individuals that are committed towards sustainability and development goals– as summarised in the SDGs.
Audience-centric strategy is at the heart of what we do. As a communications agency, we understand that media-consumptions for different audiences vary greatly. Some audiences are solely print-based, others primarily digital, and many of them straddle both mediums.
We integrate partner, vendor and supplier methodologies on either side of the value chain. When we produce print or product media, we work with suppliers to create as little environmental impact as possible.
The TerreGeneration Teammate
We take pride in the diligence taken in teammate selection. The ideal teammate displays a combination of professional and personal traits.
Professional traits can be honed and developed, and are usually visible, and illustrated in the framework on display here.
For the work we do, and aim to do, a clear demonstration of intention is the absolute starting point. From there on, Our preferred visible traits are intention > ability > consistency > self-improvement.
We are hiring and are looking for the right fit. Are you interested and like our ethos? Give the Round 1 Application Form a shot.
